Class 2 Correction
The Biofinisher is a removable ortho appliance designed to correct Class 2 malocclusions and gain vertical dimension. The Biofinisher allows posterior teeth to erupt while holding anteriors in place and is usually made with one mid-line screw, however, several variations are available. Our Technical Phone Support staff is available to doctors with any case questions.
Patients are normally instructed to wear this appliance from dinner until the next morning. The "Biofinisher Daytime appliance" should be worn during the day. The photo below shows an example of a Biofinisher to Close.
