Jerry joined the family business at a very young age and has worked in a variety of positions that helped prepare him for his role as CEO. As a leader of the family business, Jerry stays current with industry changes, IT improvements, patents and licensing issues, while maintaining a large pool of employees that he often refers to as "his family."
