POSTERIOR DRIVE (Fixed)
The Multi-Distalizing Arch (MDA) distalizes the upper molar without the use of headgear. Both Dr. Gerety and Dr. Jackson often reccomend the MDA. Used without the lower arch as anchorage, it can also be used to labialize the upper incisors. Wilson also offers a distalizing arch appliance.
