CURRENT PRESIDENT
Dear Friend,
Thank you for taking the time to read about Johns Dental Lab's
first
60
years. This is a proud accomplishment of all the people here.
The future holds interesting challenges for dentistry and I believe we can help the profession meet them. As part of your team, we share one goal:
giving the patient the best possible help.
Here's how we support that goal:
First, as with any team, communication is a key to success. Each member needs a fair understanding of the other party's requirements and working methods. At Johns Dental, we train in the whole dental process, not simply the laboratory phase.
Second, quality must reach the point of reducing or eliminating costly chair time. This quality is not found at a final control point; it is painstakingly built in, step by step. I want the people at Johns Dental to be so proud of their work that they sign it.
Third, continuing education in both technical and human skills is paramount. We keep ourselves informed about new materials and techniques. When they seem preferable, we owe it to our doctors to take those complex technologies and document them into simple procedures. It is vital that we communicate, recognize quality, and empathize on a personal level.
By now we have shown that we're in this business for the long run, and these are the policies we think benefit your patients and your practice. Thank you for the opportunity to work on the team with you and for your part in making our teamwork effective.
Sincerely,
Jerry Neuenschwander, C.D.T.
