Lisa Neuenschwander has been a familiar voice to many doctors through the years.  She started at Johns Dental in 1980 as our receptionist and has been working with doctors over the phone ever since.  

Today she is the manager of our  customer service department, which means in addition to helping doctors with  the day to day questions, she takes care of travel arrangements for our sales staff, completes product orders and even does some telemarketing.
