(Turquoise) Rotation Tie
Like Standard Triangle but with elastomeric tie under only one elbow. 
May be adjusted for mesial or distal rotation. 
Place ligature tie under the elbow on the side of the tooth which is rotated toward the tongue, 
to pull that side out to the arch form. May be supplemented with an .010 ligature wire.
