The SNOAR^TM Appliance from

The SNOAR^TM Open Airway Appliance has eliminated snoring and substantially reduced sleep apnea in hundreds of documented cases.

SHOWN HERE ARE THE EFFICACY STUDIES  OF THE SNOAR ^TM OPEN AIRWAY APPLIANCE IN PATIENTS WITH SNORING AND/OR SLEEP APNEA

On June 11-15 at the annual meeting of the Associations of Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) research data* was presented regarding the SNOAR^TM Open Airway Appliance.  These tests on a series of patients demonstrated a statistically significant decrease of the obstructive apnea index (p<.01) and snoring intensity (p<.01) while using the SNOAR^TM Open Airway Appliance.  In addition, the duration of apneic events was significantly decreased (p<.05).  Oxygen saturation and sleep architecture were improved.  Stage 1 sleep was reduced (p<.01) and REM sleep was increased.

CONCLUSION
The SNOAR^TM Open Airway Appliance can be prescribed for patients with mild to moderate sleep apnea and snoring problems.  No patient experienced difficulty in wearing the device and those patients and their bed partners that had previously been exposed to nasal CPAP unanimously preferred the SNOAR^TM Open Airway Appliance.

The SNOAR^TM was developed by Dr. Kent J. Toone, a licensed dentist.  Johns Dental Laboratories is the sole and exclusive laboratory in the United States, licensed to fabricate this appliance.
