The molecular structure of the material makes it difficult for patients to break or permanently distort.  Made of high impact, heat-cured thermo-plastic, it rebounds from shock.

Better Retention

CLEARsplint^™  offers frictional resistance to slipping by engaging the buccal and lingual interproximal spaces and contours of the teeth for a more precise fit.

Adjustability

The exact-fitting nature of this appliance demands few, if any adjustments; however, necessary adjustments can be made by conventional methods.

Lab Requirements 
for a CLEARsplint^™  Splint

1. Upper and lower full arch casts
2. Specific bite registration
3. Expect a minimum thickness of 1mm, with an average of 3mm on most cases
4. Laboratory working time is approximately 3-4 working days
