PROFORM MOUTHGUARDS
 TEAM DEFENSE WITH PRO-FORM?

Discard the old "boil and bite" defense and show your local football teams how to field a new defense by prescribing Pro-Form mouthguards. Pro-Form reduces the incidence of tooth breakage because it distributes the stress of impact to the entire length of the tooth. This defense is provided by a double layer of laminated sheet vinyl with a lingual plate imbedded behind the incisors. This small plate is the unique feature of Pro-Form.

It is thin, comfortable, custom fitted, and will retain its shape long after other mouthguards have worn out. The NCAA now mandates that all their athletes wear mouthguards clearly visible to the referee and we offer six different colors: red, yellow, blue, green, orange, black and clear.
