Gonzalez Quad Helix
LATERAL EXPANSION (Fixed)
The Gonzalez Quad Helix expands, rotates or torques molars laterally as well as tips lower incisors labially to help round out the arch. At Johns Dental, we laser weld the arm extensions to the bands and then cover the welds with solder for additional strength and comfort.
Johns Dental generally fabricates appliances in a passive state, so pre-activation would require a special request. The Quad Helix is available for both upper and lower arches and are shown below.
