Bite Block
The Rickanator is one of the simplest tools used in orthodontics. The Rickanator can be used to open the bite and establish the correct vertical dimension of a case (and is a good adjunct to mandibular translation and Class 2 elastics). It's available in various designs, but the fixed version is the most common. Our standard includes Wilson tubes instead of horizontal tubes. The Rickanator can also be used in treating TMD.
