MINOR ANTERIOR ALIGNMENT (Removable)
The SPEEDALIGNER™ is a removable appliance with multiple pre-activated “Quick Springs” that is most commonly used to improve the appearance of the anterior teeth. These durable and flexible "Quicksprings" are capable of achieving bodily tooth movement, not just tipping, and are capable of widening the anterior from cuspid to cuspid, minimizing the amount of IPR needed for alignment. This appliance is best suited for cases that require uncrowding or rotating of the anteriors to achieve alignment, and is not suited for retraction or anterior space closure. A midline screw can also be incorporated into the SPEEDALIGNER™ design, for those patients in need of an increase in total arch width.
