Anterior Remodeler

The Anterior Remodeler (also known as CD Advancer) is a fixed appliance used to relieve a crowded arch and develop the pre-maxilla. Doctors control the spring activation, which in turn offers predictable results. An anterior nance button, along with a bonded lingual wire applies pressure to the pre-maxilla and the anterior teeth, resulting in anterior development. This stage is often followed up with a controlled arch appliance.

Doctors have also used an Anterior Remodeler with an optional midline screw instead of the transpalatal wire for lateral expansion.
