The EMA NOW is a temporary, 30-day, semi-custom oral appliance for the treatment of nighttime snoring and OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). It provides immediate treatment for an OSA patient, and can be used in the interim while waiting for a sleep appliance order or repair. Chair-side fabrication takes less than ten minutes using heat-to-fit trays. The bite pads on the lower tray allow for up to 4mm of vertical adjustability for comfort and lip seal.

Easily titratable using EMA advancement straps—6 sets of EMA Straps are included, allowing for up to 5mm of advancement.
